1962 Elvis Presley :) Return to sender, return to sender I gave a letter to the post man, he put it his sack. Bright and early next morning, he brought my letter back. She wrote upon it: Return to sender, address unknown. No such number, no such zone. We had a quarrel, a lovers’ spat, I’d write “I’m sorry” but my letter keeps coming back. So when I dropped it in the mailbox, I sent it “Special D” Bright and early next morning, it came right back to me. She wrote upon it: Return to sender, address unknown. No such person, no such zone. This time I’m gonna take it myself And put it right in her hand And if it comes back the very next day Then I’ll understand. The writing on it: Return to sender, address unknown. No such person, no such zone. Return to sender, return to sender.

Elvis Presley – I Cant Help Falling In Love With You Wise men say only fools rush in But i can’t help falling in love with you Shall i stay Would it be a sin If i can’t help falling in love with you Like a river flows surely to the sea Darling so it goes Some things are meant to be Take my hand, take my whole life, too For i can’t help falling in love with you Wise men say only fools rush in But i can’t help falling in love with you Shall i stay Would it be a sin If i can’t help falling in love with you Like a river flows surely to the sea Darling so it goes Some things are meant to be Take my hand, take my whole life, too For i can’t help falling in love with you For i can’t help falling in love with you

Elvis Presley Surrender Surrender was a contemporary version of the Italian ballad “Torna a Sorrento” (“Coma Back to Sorrento”), which was written in 1911 by GD de Curtis and Ernest de Curtis. In 1960, Doc Pomus and Mort Shuman added new English words to the melody and title the song “Surrender,” which Elvis recorded October 30, 1960 at rca’s Nashville studios. It entered the Hot 100 chart at #24, and was #1 for two weeks. It spent a total of 12 weeks on the chart. In England, it was number one for four weeks. Sales of over 5000000 have been claimed. It was the A-side to Lonely Man. This song is available on Elvis, Elvis-A Legendary Performer, Elvis Golden Records Vol. 3, Elvis: Worldwide 50 Gold Award Hits, The Number One Hits, The Top Ten Hits, Something for Everybody, Artist of the Century, From Nashville to Memphis-The Complete 60s Masters, and 50 Greatest Love Songs, which is where this version is from. When we kiss my heart’s on fire Burning with a strange desire And I know, each time I kiss you That your heart’s on fire too So, my darling, please surrender All your love so warm and tender Let me hold you in my arms, dear While the moon shines bright above All the stars will tell the story Of our love and all its glory Let us take this night of magic And make it a night of love Won’t you please surrender to me Your lips, your arms, your heart, dear Be mine forever Be mine tonight
